Cookie Policy
This site uses only a minimum of storage, strictly functional. No analytics or advertising cookies are set: the Google Ads tag runs cookieless (consent denied by default). When you send us an enquiry, a conversion event is transmitted to Google. The click identifier in your landing address is kept first-party and stays internal.

What we use
- Language preference: a technical cookie (“NEXT_LOCALE”) may be set to remember the language you choose.
- Estimation progress: local storage (“estimation-progress”) keeps your entries and progress in the estimation tool so you can resume. This data stays in your browser.
- Intro animation: session storage (“intro:preloaded”) avoids replaying the opening animation during your visit.
- Where your visit came from: local storage (“rg_attr”) keeps, for at most 90 days, the parameters present in the address you arrived through (advertising click identifier, campaign, keyword). We use it to know which campaigns bring in requests. This data stays in your browser and only reaches us if you send an estimation request.
What we do not use
No analytics and no advertising cookies. Fonts are self-hosted and the interactive map calls no tracking service. The only third-party tag is Google Ads, run without cookies (see “Conversion measurement and where your visits come from” below).
Conversion measurement and where your visits come from
Two distinct things happen. (1) When you send an estimation request, the Google Ads tag transmits a conversion event to Google: the fact that an enquiry occurred, a flat estimated value (€750) and an internal reference. Your name, email address and telephone number are not transmitted. The tag runs in “consent denied by default” mode (Google Consent Mode v2): no advertising cookie is stored on your device and measurement is aggregated and modelled (estimated). (2) Separately, if you arrive through an advertisement, the advertising platform appends a click identifier to the address. We keep that identifier in your browser for at most 90 days and attach it to your request, solely so we can tell internally which advertisement produced it. That identifier is not transmitted to Google, and it is deleted together with the request.
Consent
As these items are strictly necessary for the site to function, no prior consent is required and no banner is shown, in accordance with the applicable rules.
Managing storage
You can delete or block these items in your browser settings. Clearing local storage will erase your estimation progress.
Changes
We may amend this policy. The version in force is the one published on this page, on the date shown above. In the event of any discrepancy between language versions, the French version prevails.
